- Ingredients
- 150 gr macaroni
- water to boil macaroni
- handful of spinach leaves
- 5 garlic
- 50 gr chicken fillet (I finely chopped, then in a blender)
- 3 tbsp corned beef (my addition)
- to taste salt, pepper, broth powder
- Sufficiently grated cheese
- pesto
- 2 handfuls of spinach leaves
- 200 gr peanuts (I used cashew)
- 200 ml olive oil (I mixed 50 ml olive oil + 150 ml vegetable oil)
- to taste salt and powdered broth
- to taste rosemary powder and thyme powder (me: oregano)
- Step
- 1. Roast peanuts. Put in a blender, roasted peanuts, spinach leaves, oil, salt, stock, rosemary and thyme. Blend until smooth, store in a jar, store in the refrigerator.
- 2. Boil macaroni, set aside
- 3. Stir in the minced garlic and chicken fillet and corned beef, stir-fry
- 4. Add spinach leaves, a little water and pesto, powdered stock and grated cheese
- 5. Add macaroni, add salt, pepper. Stir well. Taste test. Serve
