Chicken macaroni pesto

  • I didn't expect it, it tastes so good Don't be discouraged to see the long method and ingredients..

  • Ingredients
  • 150 gr macaroni
  • water to boil macaroni
  • handful of spinach leaves
  • 5 garlic
  • 50 gr chicken fillet (I finely chopped, then in a blender)
  • 3 tbsp corned beef (my addition)
  • to taste salt, pepper, broth powder
  • Sufficiently grated cheese

  • pesto
  • 2 handfuls of spinach leaves
  • 200 gr peanuts (I used cashew)
  • 200 ml olive oil (I mixed 50 ml olive oil + 150 ml vegetable oil)
  • to taste salt and powdered broth
  • to taste rosemary powder and thyme powder (me: oregano)

  • Step
  • 1. Roast peanuts. Put in a blender, roasted peanuts, spinach leaves, oil, salt, stock, rosemary and thyme. Blend until smooth, store in a jar, store in the refrigerator.
  • 2. Boil macaroni, set aside
  • 3. Stir in the minced garlic and chicken fillet and corned beef, stir-fry
  • 4. Add spinach leaves, a little water and pesto, powdered stock and grated cheese
  • 5. Add macaroni, add salt, pepper. Stir well. Taste test. Serve
