Fusilli pesto sauce/ gluten free spinach sauce - eczema / vegan menu

  • Because I have severe eczema, I'm thinking about cooking for the elimination diet (ED) while cooking for children..

  • Ingredients
  • 100 gr Fussili gluten free
  • 1/2 bunch of spinach
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil (can be olive oil)
  • 1 tsp Oregano powder
  • Nutritional yeast (cheese substitute)
  • enough almond milk
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Mushroom broth (non msg)
  • Salt
  • Pepper

  • Step
  • 1.Boil the fussili.. don't forget to add salt.. (don't let it get too soft)
  • 2.Blend spinach with 1 tablespoon coconut oil and almond milk and add a little water
  • 3. After that, heat the coconut oil, add the spinach until it boils, then add the fussili.. then add the other spices.
  • Ready to be served. Eat warm.. For children, you can add sausage/bacon and grated cheese 😊 or if you have eczema, you can add roast duck.
