Green Pesto Pasta


 5-6 people

 225 gr spiral macaroni/fusilli

 1 cup peeled prawns

 15 cherry tomatoes

 10 sheets of green lettuce

 small size broccoli

 Basil / basil leaves Handful full

 2 tbsp parmesan cheese

 2 tbsp olive oil

 1/2 tsp salt

 enough Pepper

 2-3 tbsp water


 4 garlic

 1/2 grated cheddar cheese for topping


 1. Bring the water to a boil, add 1 tablespoon of salt, mix well

 Add macaroni and cook until al dente (8-10 minutes) according to package directions then set aside

2.  Blend together lettuce, broccoli, basil, garlic, olive oil, parmesan cheese and water until smooth

 3. Heat the butter, fry the prawns until cooked, set aside

4. Saute the ingredients that have been blended until cooked, add the macaroni, cherry tomatoes and shrimp, stir until smooth then check the taste

 If you don't have enough salt, you can adjust it ^^

5. After soaking and fitting everything prepare a serving plate, arrange the macaroni on a plate with a topping of grated cheese and it's ready to be served^^
