Grilled Chicken Breast with Pasta Pesto

 Want to eat pasta but healthy and easy to make.

 This pesto paste is just stirred, without cooking it over a fire.  You can try it for those who like non-creamy pasta.



 pesto sauce

 1 pack Basil Leaves

 1/4 slice of lemon

 50 grams of wet peanuts

 3 pieces of garlic

 1/2 tsp salt

 1 tbsp olive oil


 1/2 pack of fettuccine

 1 tsp salt

 1 tbsp oil

 50 gr green spinach

 1 tbsp parmesan cheese

Grilled Chicken Breast

 1/2 piece of chicken breast fillet

 1/4 slice of lemon

 1 tsp black pepper

 1 tsp salt


1. Put all the pesto sauce ingredients in a blender / food processor. Blend until smooth. Taste correction.

2. Bring water to a boil to boil pasta. Add salt and oil to the boiling water. Add pasta and cook until al dente

3. Drain pasta into bowl containing pesto sauce. Allow the cooking water that is still dripping on the pasta into the container (do not strain until dry).

4. Pour the parmesan cheese into the bowl.  Toss pasta in a bowl of pesto and parmesan cheese.

5. To cook grilled chicken, cut the chicken breast and marinate with salt, pepper and lemon juice.  Leave it for at least 15 minutes.

6. Heat the Teflon.  Bake the chicken until brown.

7. Boil spinach as a complement to pesto pasta

8. Voila.  Pasta is ready to serve
