Macaroni Watercress Pesto

  • Ingredients
  • 100 grams macaroni (elbow shape)
  • pesto ingredients
  • 2 large green chilies
  • 1 handful of watercress (take the leaves and stems, wash thoroughly)

  • Step
  • 1. Boil macaroni in boiling water until cooked/tender but don't crush it. Lift then drain
  • 2. Prepare the pesto ingredients, put all the pesto ingredients in a blender
  • 3. Add lime juice (for a fresher taste and green color) blender until smooth
  • 4. Mix into a bowl containing the macaroni that has been boiled earlier. Mix well then transfer to a plate with grated cheese topping, and it's ready to be enjoyed.
