Mushroom Sausage Penne Pesto

  • Ingredients
  • 200 gr any pasta (I used penne)
  • 2 sausages
  • 5 champignons (or any mushrooms to taste)
  • 2 tbsp pesto sauce (see recipe)
  • Step
  • 1. Saute sausage and mushrooms in a little oil until cooked. Add a pinch of salt and pepper. Set aside.
  • 2. Boil the pasta for 10 minutes (according to the instructions on the package, each type of pasta has a different cooking time). Drain well. Add pesto sauce, mix well.
  • 3. Add the sausage and mushroom stir fry, stir briefly.
  • 4. Serve while warm.
