Mushroom Sausage Penne Pesto
- Ingredients
- 200 gr any pasta (I used penne)
- 2 sausages
- 5 champignons (or any mushrooms to taste)
- 2 tbsp pesto sauce (see recipe)
- Step
- 1. Saute sausage and mushrooms in a little oil until cooked. Add a pinch of salt and pepper. Set aside.
- 2. Boil the pasta for 10 minutes (according to the instructions on the package, each type of pasta has a different cooking time). Drain well.
Add pesto sauce, mix well.
- 3. Add the sausage and mushroom stir fry, stir briefly.
- 4. Serve while warm.
