- Who here likes pasta? Maybe mom is at home, Mr. husband / little kids at home who like pasta.. If anyone likes to shake hands first because the little kids at home also like pasta 😂 This is a type of dish that can be used as a menu at home when you are bored of eating rice. But not to be consumed often, huh... I do stock several types & I condition them according to the preferences of the little ones as well as the host hahaha. Oh yeah, the toppings can be changed & adjusted accordingly, I made a version for kids, it really works for the MPA menu / adjusted for the texture. *so miss those times hiks.. Happy relaxing & gathering with family ❤
- Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups shard penne/any pasta, boil & set aside
- Salt butter / cooking oil / margarine to taste
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped or to taste
- 4 tbsp Pesto (I have posted the recipe)
- To taste Parmesan powder
- Enough Parsley flakes
- Topping: Chicken breast, coated with kentucky flour & fried
- Step
- 1.After the penne is boiled, prepare a frying pan and then add the salt butter / oil for sautéing, then add the chopped onions and fry until fragrant, then add the pesto sauce while stirring until everything is well mixed, if it feels too dry, add a little water from the penne stew, while correcting the taste. if you like. Because the pesto is already quite salty & savory so I don't add any more spices, cook for a while then remove and serve on a plate then sprinkle with parmesan cheese & parsley flakes.
- 2.Don't forget the crispy chicken pieces & arrange them on the plate. Finished. * For the adult version, it is better to add chili powder at the end of cooking / you can also sprinkle with simple boncabe hehehe. Enjoy.
