Spaghetti Pesto Nuggets

  • This time I made a Resto Spaghetti Pesto, here I added pieces of nuggets so I don't get bored of eating pesto like that. Here I use Thai Basil for a slightly spicy taste, for those who like it sweet or without the spicy taste, use sweet basil. The green color is pure from basil leaves, here I use cashews for those who want to use peanuts, almonds or pistachios, it's okay, just adjust the ingredients you have at home..   • 👩🏻‍🍳Ingredients
  • 100 gr spaghetti
  • 3 pieces of instant nuggets
  • Pasta Pesto
  • 10 gr thai basil leaves
  • 5 g roasted cashews
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 20 g cheddar cheese
  • 50 ml Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp dry oregano
  • 1/2 tsp mushroom stock
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Step
  • 1. Boil 400 ml of water until boiling, add 1 tablespoon of oil, add spaghetti, boil until al dente, drain. Fry the nuggets until crispy.
  • 2. Blend all the pesto paste ingredients. Heat the olive oil
  • 3. Fry the pesto paste until fragrant, add salt, mushroom stock and garlic powder. Add spaghetti, mix well, add oregano
  • 4. Add the nuggets and mix well.
