Spaghetti Pesto Sauce

  • 1 pack Spaghetti pasta
  • 2 liters of water for boiling
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1/2 red bell pepper
  • 2 cloves of minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for frying
  • Pesto Sauce Ingredients
  • 1 bunch basil take the leaves only
  • 150 grams of ready-to-use peanuts
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil

  • Step
  • 1. Prepare pasta then boil with 2 liters of water, boil for about 7-8 minutes, remove and drain. To prevent sticking, rinse with cold water.
  • 2. Then prepare the pesto ingredients, wash the basil leaves, prepare the olive oil and cooked peanuts. Then put all the pesto ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Then set aside.
  • 3. Then chop the garlic and roughly chop the tomatoes and red peppers, then sauté the garlic with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, sauté until fragrant then add the chopped tomatoes and bell peppers, stir-fry until wilted. Then turn off the heat, then add the pesto sauce that has been in the blender, mix well then add the boiled Spaghetti, mix well, turn on the fire, stir slowly, add salt and pepper, mix well.
  • 4. Correction of taste, after the taste is enough, turn off the heat, remove and put in a container, ready to be served.
