pesto sauce ingredients
- 100 gr basil leaves
- 50 gr almond slice
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Pasta Ingredients
- 225 gr spaghetti
- 200 gr prawns
- 100 gr tuna
- 200 gr brazil spinach
- 1 clove of garlic coarsely chopped
- 1 clove of red onion, sliced lengthwise
- Sufficient salt
- enough broth
- enough Pepper
- Olive oil for frying
Step
1. Blend the pesto sauce ingredients, until the texture is mixed but not too smooth
2. Boil pasta until aldente
3. Sauté the garlic, onion until fragrant then add the shrimp and tuna, then add the salt, pepper and stock, the last add the spinach. Stir until cooked and evenly
4. After the pasta is cooked, pour it into the shrimp stir fry, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Then add the pesto sauce and mix until smooth. Ready to serve 😊
