Spinach Pesto Sauce / Spinach Pesto Sauce

  • Ingredients
  • 2 handfuls of spinach leaves
  • 200 gr peanuts (I used walnuts and almonds)
  • 200 ml olive oil (I mixed 50 ml olive oil + 150 ml vegetable oil)
  • to taste salt and powdered broth
  • to taste rosemary powder and thyme powder

  • Step
  • 1.Roasted peanuts
  • 2. Put in a blender, roasted peanuts, spinach leaves, oil, salt, stock, rosemary and thyme
  • 3. Blend until smooth, store in a jar, store in the refrigerator.
  • 4. How long can it be stored in the refrigerator, I'll update later, because this is the first time... it tastes delicious.
  • 5. Can make spaghetti sauce, pizza or macaroni.
