- Ingredients
- 2 handfuls of spinach leaves
- 200 gr peanuts (I used walnuts and almonds)
- 200 ml olive oil (I mixed 50 ml olive oil + 150 ml vegetable oil)
- to taste salt and powdered broth
- to taste rosemary powder and thyme powder
- Step
- 1.Roasted peanuts
- 2. Put in a blender, roasted peanuts, spinach leaves, oil, salt, stock, rosemary and thyme
- 3. Blend until smooth, store in a jar, store in the refrigerator.
- 4. How long can it be stored in the refrigerator, I'll update later, because this is the first time... it tastes delicious.
- 5. Can make spaghetti sauce, pizza or macaroni.
