- Ingredients
- 2 cups basil (use leaves and small stems only)
- 2 tbsp mashed cashews (already in the oven/roasted before)
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tbsp boiled water
- 1/4 tsp salt (to taste)
- Other Ingredients
- pinch of pepper
- pinch of sugar
- Gluten free spaghetti
- Sauteed Tomatoes and Mushrooms (complementary)
- Step
- 1.Blend basil, cashew, lemon water, nutritional, olive oil, garlic, boiled water, salt until evenly distributed.
- 2. Cook spaghetti until done. Set aside about 150 ml of pasta water.
- 3. Put the spaghetti into a non-stick Teflon, then add the pesto seasoning. Stir well on low heat. Add sugar, salt, pepper to taste.
- 4. Serve with toppings, good luck!
