Pasta Saus Pesto



 150 gr spaghetti

 4 sprigs of basil leaves

 6 pieces of celery

 2 tbsp fried cashews

 1 clove of garlic

 100 ml cooking oil/olive oil

 enough salt mrica





1. Boil pasta in boiling water for about 10 minutes, add a pinch of salt. Cook until al dente.

2. Blend all ingredients until smooth. Saute the spices for a while then add the pasta and give 1/4 of the pasta cooking water. Add pepper salt. Taste correction. Serve (if you want it to be more savory, you can add a little sugar)

3. For the meatball and tomato topping, just saute it with a little butter until the color is brown.
